Every organization has potential. It just needs the right structure and support to bring it to life. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped leaders and teams find that balance between purpose and performance.

My work spans healthcare, nonprofits, education, credit consulting, and home care agencies. I’ve helped organizations build stronger systems, streamline operations, and shape cultures where people actually want to show up and do their best work.

Path to Potential Consulting is where all of that experience comes together. I partner with purpose-driven organizations ready to align their values with how they lead, serve, and grow. My approach is simple: practical strategies, honest conversations, and structure that supports people, not the other way around.

Before launching Path to Potential, I spent more than 20 years at University Hospitals, much of it in patient access and operations. I then co-founded Village of Healing, a community-rooted healthcare organization serving Black women and families, where as Director of Operations I built the infrastructure, programs, and teams from the ground up.
